tips
"I was thinking
about something on the way
home. I know that you and
Chris have already given
some thought to the BBC
potential but I was gonna
put my two cents in. The
Texas Rider Coach Conference
in January was my first
one to attend. They had
break out sessions with
different speakers like
the BBC. It is my understanding
that the conference has
been done this way for quite
a few years. So, I can see
where the BBC will be so
well received, that eventually
it will come to bikers wanting
MORE out of it because it
is so great. I know it may
take some time to build
up to that . . . but I really
don't think it will be very
long. Any biker with even
a small amount of responsible
blood running through their
veins will see this as an
AWESOME EVENT, and will
keep coming back every time.
I know I will. The ASMI
Instructor sessions on marketing
and small business were
so great and helpful, but
the conference break out
sessions were, to my surprise,
very helpful to me as well!
Especially now that I am
a Rider Coach so now I can
explain better about helmet
construction and testing,
I can improve how I talk
to students regarding impaired
riding, I will be able to
speak more intelligently
to the Ft. Hood class now
that I know what sort of
initiatives the military
has in place to promote
safer riding. Thank you
for giviing bikers the tools
to be better!"
