Road Guardians :: Members

The Road Guardian Program is made up of incentives and recognition that encourage riders to become Life Long learners! See member benefits below. All Road Guardians receive the same incentives. Certified Road Guardians receive a "certified" rocker and a gold label on their membership card.

To become a Road Guardian or Associate Road Guardian you need to complete an Accident Scene Management, Inc (ASMI) accredited Bystander Assistance Class that teaches you what to do in the event a motorcycle crash. After all, the most likely person to be first at the scene of a motorcycle crash is another motorcyclist! Road Guardians will also be asked to verify that they are properly licensed since cyclists without proper licensing are over represented in motorcycle crashes.

Our highest level of Road Guardian is the Certified Road Guardian. Certified Road Guardians have gone that extra mile by meeting the following certification requirements: Please be aware that to be certified: documentation is required!

ASMI Basic & Advanced classes complete or a Refresher Class in the past two years (we verify)
Rider Education Class completion (you provide documentation)
CPR certification (you provide a current certification card). The certification must have a hands on component. We recognize AHA, ARC, AHSI.
